Refund & Returns

      All returned items shall be kept in their original intact conditions with unaltered outer packaging, auxiliary accessories and attached tags. Any submitted return application will be assessed comprehensively by our professional team in accordance with uniform product acceptance standards. We will endeavor to complete the verification process and follow up with subsequent processing procedures as soon as possible after receiving your return request. Items that are damaged, altered or lack essential supporting parts without valid reasons may not be eligible for return services. Customers are expected to ensure the returned goods are properly packaged during transportation to avoid secondary damage caused by delivery.
      Return time: Within 30 days after receiving the items.
      We will refund as soon as we see normal logistics.
